Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for an EB-5 visa, an applicant must meet the following criteria:

1. Clean Background

The applicant must have no criminal record or be blacklisted for visa applications with the US government.

2. Good Health

Applicant should be in good health with no contagious diseases.

Applicant does not need any educational qualifications, English language test results or work experience.

4. Source of Funds

Application Process:

Applying for an EB-5 visa requires:

1. Make an Investment

The applicant must make a minimum investment of USD 800,000 into a qualified EB-5 project which will create 10 jobs for U.S citizens.
The investment must be made before the immigrant petition is filed.

2. File the Petition

3. Adjustment of Status of Consular Processing

Upon approval of the l-140 petition and successful completion of the adjustment of status or consular processing, the applicant will receive a green card, granting permanent residency.

4. File Petition to Lift Visa Conditions

On creation of 10 U.S. jobs, the investor files the I-829 petition to lift the visa conditions and be granted 10-year permanent residency.
