Isaford Immigration is now offering a new pathway to Permanent Residency in Alberta Province, Canada.<\/p>\n

Alberta has created a new Alberta Foreign Graduate Entrepreneur Stream<\/strong> Permanent Resident program intended to attract professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs to launch a business in Alberta.\u00a0 The businesses do not need to be innovative, and the owners can be passive or active in running the business.<\/p>\n

There are no team applications (only 1 applicant per business) for the program, but an applicant can share ownership of the business with a Canadian or foreign national.<\/p>\n

Program Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Education:<\/strong> Degree earned outside Canada within the last ten (10) years.<\/li>\n
  2. Work Experience<\/strong>: Minimum 6 months full-time work experience actively managing or owning a business or equivalent.<\/li>\n
  3. Language:<\/strong> Minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 5 (IELTS 5.0) in all English language skills (Speaking; Reading; Writing; Listening).<\/li>\n
  4. Business Ownership<\/strong>: Client must own at least 34% of the Alberta business if it is in Edmonton or Calgary. Client must own 51% of the Alberta business if it is located outside Edmonton or Calgary.<\/li>\n
  5. Approved Types of Business<\/strong>: The client’s business in Alberta must be in one of the following economic sectors:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
