Isaford Immigration is pleased to provide you an update on the\u00a0<\/span>U<\/span><\/strong>S Department of Labor PERM Priority Date<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The\u00a0US Department of Labor PERM Priority Date<\/span>\u00a0has been updated on the FLAG system for the period up to<\/span> <\/span>05 January 2026<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n The\u00a0US Department of Labor PERM Priority Date<\/span>\u00a0is now<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>August <\/span><\/strong>2024<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>& has moved forward\u00a0<\/i>1 month\u00a0s<\/i><\/span>ince our last update<\/span> in\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>December 2025<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0 This means the DOL FLAG Priority Date has moved forward by\u00a0<\/span>11 months<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0since\u00a0<\/span>January 2025<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The January 2026 Visa Bulletin has been released by USCIS and shows:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Isaford Immigration is the preferred choice for EB-3 applications for Cambodians & their families.<\/p>\n We offer EB-3 jobs across the USA maximising choice of location and employment type.<\/p>\n You can choose where you work and your type of work with jobs with fast food crew members (Wendy\u2019s & McDonald\u2019s), food packaging, factory production workers, and many more available.<\/p>\n With over 8 years experience, Isaford Immigration<\/p>\n <\/p>\n On 17 September 2025, USCIS announced several changes to the Naturalization Test which provides for American citizenship: https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/newsroom\/news-releases\/uscis-unveils-first-changes-to-naturalization-test-in-multi-step-overhaul-of-american-citizenship<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cAmerican citizenship is the most sacred citizenship in the world and should only be reserved for aliens who will fully embrace our values and principles as a nation.
