The US Department of Labor PERM Priority Date has been updated on the FLAG system for the period up to 1 December 2025.
The US Department of Labor PERM Priority Date is now July 2024 & has moved forward 1 month since our last update in August 2025. This means the DOL FLAG Priority Date has moved forward by 10 months since January 2025.
