DECEMBER 2025 EB-3 DOL FLAG UPDATE
Isaford Immigration is pleased to provide you an update on the US Department of Labor PERM Priority Date.
The US Department of Labor PERM Priority Date has been updated on the FLAG system for the period up to 1 December 2025.
The US Department of Labor PERM Priority Date is now July 2024 & has moved forward 1 month since our last update in August 2025. This means the DOL FLAG Priority Date has moved forward by 10 months since January 2025.

- EB-3 Other Workers: 01 August 2021. Moved forward 17 days from November 2025 Visa Bulletin
- EB-2 National Interest Waiver: 01 February 2024. No movement since November 2025 Visa Bulletin.
- EB-5 Investor Visa: Current (no waiting list). Remains Current since November 2025 Visa Bulletin.

19-COUNTRY GREEN CARD REVIEW
Following the shooting of two US National Guardsmen on 26 November, the Trump Administration has ordered USCIS to:
- Immediately halt all asylum applications and visa applications from Afghanistan.
- Review all Green Card holders and immigration applications from 19 countries: Afghanistan, Burma, Chad, the Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan, and Venezuela.

NEW IMMIGRANT VISA HEALTH GUIDELINES
On November 12 2025, the Trump Administration issued new health guidelines for immigrant visa applicants to Department of State officials at US Embassies worldwide.
Immigrant visa applicants must still provide accredited health check and evidence of required vaccinations at the US Embassy interview.
However, Consular Officers must now consider new health guidelines when approving immigrant visas.
