Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Entrepreneur visa, an applicant must meet the following criteria:
1. Clean Background & Health
- Applicant must have no criminal record or be blacklisted for visa applications with the Canadian government.
- Applicant should be in good health with no contagious diseases.
2. Qualification
- Aged between 22 and 55 years old.
- Have a minimum of more than three years of experience as an active business owner-manager, or more than four years of experience as a senior manager, or a combination of at least one year of experience as an active business owner-manager and at least two years of experience as a senior manager.
- Demonstrate minimum of post-secondary qualification.
3. Requirement
- Establish or purchase and improve a business that contributes to the economic growth of the province.
- Employ at least one Canadian full-time in the new business.
4. Net Worth
- Demonstrate a net worth of minimum CAN 600,000
- Make an eligible personal investment of at least CAN 200,000 within a specific time period after arriving in Canada.
- Demonstrate adequate funds to settle in Canada.

Applying for a PNP Entrepreneur visa requires:
1. Business Plan
- Develop business plan based on provincial priority requirements.
- Due diligence process on net worth and business sustainability finalized.
2. Invitation to Invest
- Receive an Invitation to Invest from Canadian Government based on business plan.
- Open business escrow account to deposit business operational funds.
3. Apply for Permanent Residency
- Submit Work Permit & Permanent Residency applications simultaneously.
- Open business and successfully run for 1 year.
