Following the shooting of two US National Guardsmen on 26 November, the Trump Administration has ordered USCIS to:
- Immediately halt all asylum applications and visa applications from Afghanistan.
- Review all Green Card holders and immigration applications from 19 countries: Afghanistan, Burma, Chad, the Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen, Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan, and Venezuela.
IMPORTANT:
- Cambodia Is NOT on the list of 19 countries.
- NO Cambodia EB-3 or other immigrant or visitor visa applications will be affected.
